research interests
1. detonation & initiation of energetic materials by accidental impact and thermal stimulus;
2. explosive hazards by improvised bombs in terrorism activities;
3. shaped charge effects improvement by combination of materials and geometrical
arrangements;
4. numerical simulation on the shock wave, combustion, and detonation by ls-dyna, fluent software;
5. computational algorithem & program development for the simulation of shock wave,
combustion and detonation phenomena.
academic achievements
1. developed computational methods on the analysis of shock wave propagation, shock initiation, detonation and thermal explosion in explosives by lagrangian and eulerian schemes; compiled 1d, 2d and 3d computational programs for those research fields.
