1. energy harvesting from ambient environment, such as vibration and thermal sources;
2. self-powered wireless sensor nodes (wsn) for environment monitoring;
3. mems sensor and actuator based on piezoelectric, electrostatic materials;
4.electrostatic discharge and plasma measurement.
