研究工作主要围绕微机电系统(mems)、微流控芯片技术(microfluidics)、微纳加工技术(micro/nano fabrication)、先进传感检测、图像处理等领域展开。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年科学项目一项、国防科研项目三项。
